Not satisfied with your order? You can return products within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unopened , unused , and in their original condition . Opened tea and herbal packages cannot be returned for food safety reasons.

Exceptions
Returns are not possible for:

• Opened or used products

• Products where the seal has been broken
  

Return procedure
Contact us at info@tropicalcaribbeanproducts.nl with your order number and reason for return. After approval, you will receive a return form with instructions . Please return the completed form along with the product.

Costs and reimbursement
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours and, if possible, attach photos. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution and, if necessary, can send you a free return label.
