Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is an herbal tea made from dried ashwagandha root. The tea has an earthy, slightly bitter flavor and is traditionally enjoyed as a warm infusion.

Origin
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) originates from South Asia, where it grows in warm climates. The roots are carefully harvested and dried naturally.

Use & preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of loose ashwagandha per cup of hot water.
Let the tea steep in a tea bag or strainer for 10–15 minutes.

Tip
Due to its natural bitter taste, the tea can be combined with a fresh piece of ginger or a slice of lemon for a milder taste experience.
