Guava Herbal Tea

Guava (Guava leaf)
Guava leaf is traditionally used to brew herbal tea. The tea has a spicy, slightly bitter flavor and is part of herbal traditions in tropical regions.

Origin
Our guava leaves are sourced from tropical regions, including the Caribbean, where the guava plant grows naturally. The leaves are carefully harvested and naturally dried to preserve their quality.

Use & preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of loose guava per cup of hot water.
Let the tea steep in a tea bag or strainer for 10–15 minutes .
