Sopropo Herbal Tea

Sopropo (Bitter melon / Momordica charantia)
Sopropo is a traditional Caribbean herbal tea, known for its distinctly bitter flavor. It has been enjoyed for generations and is part of a pure, herbal tea ritual.

Origin
Our sopropo comes from the Caribbean, where it thrives in a warm, tropical climate. The leaves are carefully harvested and naturally dried to preserve their characteristic flavor.

Use & preparation
Use 1 teaspoon of loose sopropo per cup of hot water.
Let the tea steep in a tea bag or strainer for 10–15 minutes .
